Modern Stay: Close to Hospital, Park & Recreation + amazing hottub spa & pool

The property is located close to the Atrium Hospital, Highway 74 & Stallings public park. It is a single story 3 bedrooms with 2 baths; all rooms are equipped with modern luxury beds (1K & 2Q) & furniture. The whole house has just renovated & added many features. Guests are allowed to use Elliptical exercise machine, pool (available April 15 - September 15, will be charged additional $ 50/day and hottub (year round but need 50 extra charge) if house price is under 200/ day. The property price/day is above $250/day then both Tub and pool facilities are included. Huge driveway & can park up to 8 cars. Nearby community (5 mins away) has all kinds of restaurants & stores. It has a central HVAC, free wifi and 75 " TV.

The space:

This house consists of 3 bedrooms; 1 master with king size bed and 2 other rooms are with queen size bed. Every room is having luxury beds and furniture. The whole house has recently been renovated and added many features to satisfy the customer’s expectation. There is a large porch attached to the backside of the house where guests can enjoy the time. Guests are allowed to use Schwinn 470 Elliptical exercise machine and new grill. The pool is available during summer, however jacuzzi is available year-round and those are completely fenced to safeguard the kids.

The space and community are very peaceful, livable located only 15 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and gives you the full fledge test of homely Suburb. The nearby community of Matthews and Indian Trial (5 minutes away) has all kinds of restaurants, grocery and super stores. There is an extra house on the backyard corner is a separate from the main home, currently vacant but not available for the guest. The home has a central heating and cooling system. Property has high speed internet; 50 Mbps, good for remote learning/work, meeting & streaming. Guests can enjoy watching 75 " SamSung TV.

No pets are allowed- they will be reported, and you will have to leave. No smoking is allowed inside the property. No illegal substances. No parties, events, big gathering and use of loudspeaker (the Sheriff will be called). Entire property is secured by ring (not inside).

Additional restriction:

1. No SMOOKING inside the house. If we find SMOOKING inside the house you will be fined $500 or more, depending on the situation. Alarm will be triggered!!
2. No party and big gatherings are allowed (strictly prohibited). Do not ask/inquire/book for party, events and gathering if number of persons are more than 10.
4. Only six cars are allowed to park in the parking lot. If number of cars are more than six, they will be toed.
5. All teenagers must be accompanied by booking person/guardians. No guests are allowed to stay if book by someone else.
6. ID will be checked and verified if there is any doubt!!
7. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.
8. Do not take, eat and keep any food in the bedroom.
9. Turn off fan and all the light before leaving the premises.
10. If you are a smoker, please check before booking. Owner will allocate the designated place.
11. Grill use: After each use make sure you clean and leave it at its original condition. If left unclean, you will be charged extra $35 as a cleaning cost.
12. Parking on lawn and near to street are strictly forbidden.

Guest access:

The entire main home, parking lot and backyard facilities. Some backyard amenities are only open in the summer (pool is available during summer (March 15th - September 7) & however, hot tub is available year round)

Special Information:

Free wifi and Linens (sheets and towels) are provided. Check-in and check-out instructions are on the fridge. A code for the smart key will be provided prior to check-in. There is a washer and dryer in the home. We try to keep the home stocked with all the essentials you need.

Release of liability: we go to great lengths to ensure your stay is enjoyable and safe. Guests are responsible to conduct safety checks of recreational facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi and Schwinn 470 Elliptical exercise machine before use, and use is at own risk. When guests book their stay, they and all group members agree to waive all liability in case of personal injury.
