This property was nothing but a bait and switch. Besides the marijuana smoke clouds throughout, the listing mentioned a pool which was out of order. The listing mentioned a business center which didn’t exist. There’s a gazebo in the courtyard wrapped with caution tape. The only ice machine that works is on the 6th floor. Not to mention the hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. I’ve been traveling close to 40 years and this has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Save your money!!!

Worse La Quinta I have ever been to !
Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Floors were dirty and sticky ( not just in the hallways but in the bedroom), horrible smell of sitting water, saw 2 roaches in my room and 1 of 2 elevators not working. Would have checked out immediately but was only here for a quick buisness trip.

Pool closed. Gazebo wrapped with "do not enter" tape, courtyard closed, elevator out, ice machine not working on my floor. Stains throughout entire carpeted areas, doors damaged. Screen on room window ripped out.

Elevator didn’t work had to walk to the lawn end of the property to get a free elevator that looked horrible carpets on every floor were disgusting room carpet disgusting tub disgusting doors walls coming through hallway paint chipped all over the place markings all over the walls just a disaster. I only had to stay there for a couple of hours waiting for my plane, only place available horrible it needs to be remodeled and staffing needs to be embarrassed for the dirtiness upon arrival to that hotel. I stand La Quinta. I’ve never been in one that disgusting.

I've stayed in many LQ's over the years -- We have often traveled with a dog -- so I know what to expect. This was by far the worst-maintained and ugliest La Quinta I've ever been in. The hallways were dirty, the carpets stained, and the room itself wasn't clean or well maintained. It smelled bad. The tub wasn't clean when I showered. When you stay at La Quinta, I know I'm not going to the Ritz Carlton, but you can expect it to be a clean and pleasant stay. This was neither.

The front desk staff very nice went over and above for you. Cleaning staff spoke no English at all and couldn't communicate. Hotel was terribly dirty, pool wasnt working and the gym a equipment broken. Breakfast was old. I stayed at this same Hotel 3 years ago and it was nice. They just need to close it down renovate and reopen .

Online representation of this property is a total fraud. Rooms and halls are filthy beyond belief. Elevator was out of order and no working air conditioner in our fifth floor room. We left and went elsewhere without a refund. Criminal activity should be investigated.

This hotel has been going down hill for years now. Rooms were not cleaned properly, carpets are filthy, puke on the steps, the pool that we were told was open hadn't been opened since last year. This is far below Windham standards. It needs to be closed and renovated i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
