The property was ok. Good breakfast. However the room I was in had plumbing issues. When we contacted the front desk they simply handed my husband a plunger as if he was maintenance.

Bath drainage issues. Pool out of order. Room couch had a little smell. Breakfast was great and good staff. But before booking it should have been notified the hotel was under maintenance. Nobody wants to come off the road from a long drive and have to look for another place.

The floor had not been cleaned, the drain in the shower was sloped the wrong way and the water did not drain. Pool under construction, one end of the 1st floor was dirty due to the construction. Staff was great, but the bathroom setup was a little cumbersome.

I registered online so checking in was a breeze. The only issue was that there were no cars to carry my luggage upstairs. I checked in late night, was exhausted and I was not going to search floor to floor for a cart. For breakfast there was no where to sit as a large church/sports group lounged around holding up seats after they'd apparently already eaten. The front desk worker apologized that there were no seats, but i felt she could have asked nicely of the group to be considerate of other hotel guest. I had my grandson and son with me so we had to stand up to eat. Otherwise i got a good night sleep and headed back to the highway.

Everything was nice and clean, but check in was supposed to be 3pm we arrived at 4:45 and had to wait till 6 because room wasn’t clean yet. With 4 children after 8 hours on the road was kind of a pain in the ass
