Everything was good, except the valet parking at night time, the person that was parking the cars, was driving like he was trying to crash, he literally almost hit a black cadillac escalade, I offered to park my own car after seeing such a terrible service, love the place but won't be staying again

Seems like the building is pretty old, though the lobby looks nice. It wasn't clear ahead of time that the parking is Valet only, and $42 / night USD, I only found out after making my no-change booking. It also looks like I've been overcharged by close to $100 USD (not including the parking) so now I'm going to have to go fight with them about that. Overall, disappointing for what I thought a Hyatt would be like.

Hotel was decent. It was a bit out of the way. Nice breakfast. What we didn’t like was the entrance. There is no sidewalk. There is a small downhill walk to the hotel door which is basically for cars. We primarily walked and it was very uncomfortable with cars backing up the hill to enter the building garage which was at the top of this small hill. Almost every car backed up at a fairly high speed and we had to jump out of the way. We found that whole thing very sketchy. Hotel lobby is on the 10th floor. It is part of what seemed like an office building. Overall we had a good stay. However we would not stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet, the staff was courteous and the breakfast was good-BUT- it was really difficult to find the front door of the hotel- the street address given on the website and the conformation was not a the location of the hotel- it was dark, the lighting was bad and we were also not told about the valet parking until we arrived.

I set up a wake up alarm for 4:15 am and they wake me up at 3:00am . When I check out, they were rude to me because Ai woke the guy up in the front desk . He did not give me my receipt. Service is bad .
