The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. I have stayed here on several occasions and the quality of the hotel has not declined. I had no problems with checking in or checking out.

What they don’t tell you is it is valet parking so it costs $17 daily and $38 overnight. It’s not worth it since other hotels include parking in their prices.

The location is conveniently located in Uptown Charlotte for seeing the Nascar Hall of Fame or a Hornets game. Unfortunately the hotel only has valet parking and one working elevator.

Was an unremarkable hotel. It is starting to show it's age. The lobby is on the 10th floor which to me says we didn't get the whole building. You can only valet park according to the hotel. But I self parked a block away and walked back. $30 for 24 hours. Hotel was more. They were having some sort of air-conditioning issue on floor 10 and had mobile units with cords strung in plces. Needless to say I wasn't the greatest experience of the following night I stayed at a different hotel.

Staff was great rim was clean and very nice, but the directions into the facility are horrible for someone coming from out of town. Maybe a change of address and better lights on the sign can help and directions on how to get to the back of the building/ arrows
