Not a good experience. My flight was delayed and I booked a room on expedia. I took a tax to the hotel and and was told that they had no vacancy and had been sold out since the AM. I don’t know if the issue is with Expedia or the hotel, but there needs to be coordination. I was understand my flustered and called the Wyndham line, which put me into a national call center. The person on the line started going into how I should sign up now for Wyndham rewards so I could save. I repeatedly said I just needed a room somewhere and they kept circling back to their talking points. As of today, I still have a pending charge on my card. Bad situation and added to my stress.

It was a nice place to stay for the 1 night we were traveling through to catch a concert in Charlotte. It was small 2 double room. I’ve stayed at the Hyatt Place in other cities with larger rooms and bathrooms. Staff was incredibly nice friendly and helpful. We would stay again

I was a bit concerned about how we’d be treated as a diverse family of 6, but no one mistreated us. We were met with the same kindness and friendliness as every other guest. The room was clean and as described and the hotel was bright and inviting. We enjoyed our stay
