Anxiety followed by relief.
The stay was great. The lower rating is due to the fact that when we called the hotel to tell them we were checking in late, they could not find the reservation. This created anxiety as to whether we had a room or not. Arriving 5 hrs later, close to midnight, they found the reservation instantly. 5 hours of anxiety for nothing.

Staff was impeccable! Alex was beyond helpful with check in and parking. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and steps away from Spectrum Center, Belk Theater, and many restaurants. Restaurant in hotel is delicious and staff is very accommodating. Top notch hospitality.
