The rooms are in desperate need of updates. There was mold in the picture frame and the bedroom area. The bathroom fan didn't work. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work which made it very dim. They need a plumber in the bathroom and the water in the bathtub kept backing up when you take a shower. The only staff member that was nice and cordial was Taylor and for them to charge you for that dried out continental breakfast is ridiculous this is definitely my first and last time staying in that location terrible. And the Wi-Fi was terrible you practically had to stand in the corner on your head in order to get a connection

The staff was outstanding and pretty personable; however the room was not as advertised. It was in poor shape. The trim molding was peeling off of the wall. The desk, in the room, was from the 80s and sagging in the middle. The sheets smelled as if they had been left in the washer for too long and had an odor to it. Empty boxes were stacked and just left in the elevator’s hallway…the rooms were just incredibly unsatisfactory.

My next door guests smoked weed and I felt sick. The walls were also really thin and I could hear the next door guests being "loud". When I complained about it, the staff changed the room right away. However, the new room had a noisy air-condition and the coffee machine was not working. I appreciate the effort of the staff, but the quality of the guests was disappointing.

Even though it’s an older hotel, it was very clean, wry quiet and the staff was great. So many places to dine and you do t have to drive. Shopping is local and entertainment was all in the same area.

Just needed a quick stay for the evening. Didn’t like that they wanted us to pay an extra $13 a person for breakfast the next morning. So we just left without breakfast. Pool was down for maintenance as well.

We told them up front that we needed a cot for a 5th bed. They didn't have one. Nice lady at front, but that's about the only nice thing I can say.
