I enjoyed my short stay at the Hilton Charlotte Airport. I ended up having to stay in Charlotte after missing my flight connection and the next flight continuing to be delayed. I wanted to stay somewhere where I felt safe that was clean, had a bar/restaurant and was close to the airport. The Hilton was perfect!

Reginald was at the front desk Friday night at 10:15 when I could not find a parking space. A big event was in progress and he walked the parking lot to stand in a free space until the arrived in my car. Over and above service for certain! Excellent!!!!

Not the greatest place
Room was missing pillows, called and asked for them at 9pm. Had to call every hour to remind them until 1am when they finally told us they had no pillows and offered to bring blankets we could roll up and use as pillows. TV was broken and the volume only worked on it's highest level so you had to watch tv with no sound or with it so loud you could hear it down the hall. Maintenance fixed temporarily but said we would have to move rooms if it messed up again, which it did an hour later. Turns out they were sold out and we could not move rooms. Floor made our feet black. We found a roach in the bathroom.
