On arrival the hotel lobby smelled liked dirty mop water Our room was clean but when we woke up the next morning the carpet was soaked and our luggage and clothing was wet from the AC unit that had leaked all night while we slept. We notified the front desk staff at check-out but was told a manager would call us sometime today we are still waiting on that call.
