Beautiful facility. Lots of dining options in area. Connect to the Spectrum Center. Valet parking on site and multiple public lots in area. Check in took less than 5 minutes. Staff was very professional and pleasant. Room is spacious. Beds comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

The staff is exceptional across the board. From the desk staff to housemen, you will find a great group of people. The location does not allow for an ideal parking situation; you’ll likely need to unload at the entrance of the valet only parking garage with only enough space for one vehicle at a time. I imagine this being challenging during peak arrival & departure times. This is a Charlotte issue rather than a Hyatt issue; the staff manages very well for what they have to work with. We had a small suite, and the room itself was quiet and spacious. This will be our go-to Charlotte home-away-from-home moving forward.

Quiet after events
I enjoyed the location to its closeness of my office I was visiting for work. Very quiet once events from the Spectrum Center ended. During that time the base of the music is banging.

Place was fine - rooms, staff, breakfast, etc. Had to turn the heat/aC off due to noise. there was not self parking and assisted parking was $ 42/day! I could have stayed at the Hilton and only paid for self parking for about the same overall daily cost.

We loved the hotel. Outside had a bit of trash and lots of homeless lingering around. The location for Spectrum center was amazing. The restaurant across the street Midnight Diner was great.
