The entrance is incredible and the breakfast was delicious. However the rooms are dirty and out of date. The carpet had stains and even holes in the floor. I had to change my room a total of three times because of the conditions. My reservation was for a handicap assessable room but I ended up with a regular room.

Love the hotel!
We loved this hotel. Our family stayed just 1 night but really loved how friendly the staff was (front desk, coffee shop, restaurant), how pretty the inside atrium area was, and the size and design of the room (a fully separate living room from bedroom) was genius. We’ll be visiting Charlotte/Concorde again just to stay at that hotel.
