Room was clean and nicely appointed. Kick Back "happy hour" food was yummy - hot food was hot, salad fixin's were cold. Lobby staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Love that it is located across from the mall for some quick shopping if needed.

The floor in our room was dirty, with black flecks sticking to our feet as we walked across it. Then, as we started to fall asleep, I discovered a bed bug. To their credit, the hotel did refund our money. But we still had to go through all of the bed bug mitigation protocols and find someplace else to stay in the middle of the night (when most hotels were full). It was absolutely awful.
