This hotel is very convenient to several restaurants. Very close to the airport with airport shuttle Lobby and rooms were very clean. Bathroom was great! Will definitely stay again.

they charge for parking and asked for a shuttle to airport and girl at desk said driver was outside couldn't find driver it was end of her shift so she left right behind us and her replacement was late so we spent 20 minutes waiting and looking for driver then i was tild we needed to be on a shuttle list

Biggest issue was the staff in the front desk they help you with such discus like if you were interrupting there time and then they come out all slow txting and make you wait

Hotel management seems to understaff this hotel. There was rarely anyone at the front desk, and keys often malfunctioned. Many of the lights in the rooms were on a sensor so it was really annoying with lights going on and off all the time. Location is not near anything but that’s the deal when you are at an airport hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping

Great option when traveling from Charlotte airport early in the morning. Hotel was less than 3 miles from airport parking and easily accessible. Will definitely stay here in the future.

One of the plugs in the room didn’t work. But luckily, there were lots and lots of plugs. I’m mobility impaired and was using a mobility device. When I checked out, I asked about adding refreshments from the stocked hotel refreshment bar to my room and they said the payment for the items was made via the payment machine next to the refreshments. It was a small area and nobody offered to help me select and pay for a purchase so I wasn’t able to purchase anything. I didn’t specifically ask for help but nobody offered either.

Great staff and great airport shuttle. Though the van leaves one to question things (a little beat up but runs!) the room was clean and spacious but the breakfast seems blah and dated. Maybe update that area and revisit food options.

The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in clerk took a couple of minutes to appear at the counter and then spoke so quickly I missed a few of the details (I heard ice machines on floors 2 and 5 instead of 2 throught 5, for example), but he was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was well stocked. I didn't like paying almost $10 to park there overnight.

Never been to a remote location hotel where you have to pay for parking. In a downtown? Sure. This is in an industrial park. They advertise low rates but then charge you for parking and then processing fees on your parking payment. Staff was rude beyond words. 930 am housekeeping walks in. No knock… just walks in. Fortunately we were packing up. Best part - no hot water in shower.
