The spacious covered deck is comfortably furnished with a sofa, and two large chairs which face the beautiful outdoor fireplace. There are several tables and plenty of chairs for al fresco dining and watching those amazing sunsets! Enjoy the gas grill and a cooler for your favorite chilled beverages. Lake living at its finest!

Also located outside is a large patio with a fire pit and 6 Adirondack chairs. Perfect for toasting s'mores and close-up viewing of the activity on the lake! There is an outdoor shower too, convenient for rinsing off after a fun day on the water.

Inside you'll find a tv area with comfy upscale furniture and lots of fun lake-inspired decor. The kitchen is modernized with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook your own gourmet meals, or kick it old school with hamburgers and hotdogs on the outdoor grill! Downstairs is another cozy sitting area with a sofa, four large chairs, a tv and gas fireplace. New this season is a sit-down PAC MAN arcade video game for one or two players! Perfect for a rainy afternoon or when you aren’t hanging out on the beautiful deck or patio! Big thanks to the Barton’s for opening up their lovely home to us. This home is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and perfectly located. That best describes Happy Hill. The home itself feels quite secluded, located in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet, anything your heart desires can be found a short 15 minutes away. As expected, the deck and the dock were where most of our time was spent, Sunsets were great. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions or issues we may have had. Overall, a great time was had by all, we would not hesitate to return.

Location on the lake was fantastic, the house was lovely and very clean and the hosts were very communicative. The covered porch was perfect for evenings and when the occasional rain/thunderstorm came through. We had such a great time there that the only time we left was when we were out boating. Highly recommend Happy Hill!

Wonderful family memories
We enjoyed every moment of our visit to this gorgeous property. There was plenty of space inside and the outside space is amazing- the huge covered deck with very comfy furniture and a beautiful fireplace was a great spot to gather all day. There is also yard space and a sitting area with a fire pit that is beautiful. The view is amazing with boats going by, duck families swimming and deer romping nearby. The house has everything that you need to cook, relax, play, and swim. We will definitely be coming back to this lovely spot. Dealing with the hosts couldn’t have gone better. They were very easy to contact and were quickly responsive to any questions we had. You will be happy you chose this spot!

Fabulous property! Very clean and well stocked with regular towels, beach towels and lots of kitchen supplies! The location is great, very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We loved the outdoor fire pit for smores, the kayaks, the outdoor shower and the stand up paddle board. The highlight of our stay was the huge outdoor covered patio with the stunning lake views. We spent all of our time at the house out on the patio, it was perfect! Owners are responsive and easy to work with, we hope to be visit again soon!!

This house is an absolute dream
Besides this property being totally beautiful. The owner was always in communication and ready to help in any way possible. The rooms are awesome. we never really were in the house as we spent most our time on the outside patio fireplace just soaking up the view!!! Can't wait to come back!!!

Fun family summer getaway
We were looking for a house on the lake that could dock our boat and with plenty of room for our family to stay and enjoy the lake. The house was perfect and although the dock is on the main channel, it was not too rough to keep our boat since it is tucked back in a small cove (we also visited during the week to avoid busy weekend traffic). House was fully stocked with beach towels, bath towels, lake floats, and bonus was toys for our 2 yo! Kitchen was well stocked with condiments, pots/pans, dishes. We loved hanging out on the covered porch with the fans on to keep the bugs under control. Will definitely be staying here again!

We rented this house for a weekend meet up with family and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Every detail was taken care of and the owners were great communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. My kids loved all the eclectic decor and the kayaks that were included to use on the lake. Great experience and would love to stay at this relaxing retreat in the future!

We wanted to do nothing but relax, so we were looking for tranquility, a good amount of space, easy put in for our kayaks, and a great view to while away the evening with... This property had that and more, including 2 kayaks that were good ones and tracked well; which allowed us to leave ours at home... We pretty much lived on the massive covered deck, so much so that I didn't use anything but the great outdoor shower, and my wife used it every time but for one indoor shower... When we did decide to venture out (not often; too easy to stay put), there are many great options 15 minutes away... The house is also fully stocked with anything one could possibly need, from too many to count towels of every size, including beach, to a Keurig, to name brand TP and PT... And up there in importance for "it's 5 o'clock somewhere" : a superb icemaker in a spacious side-by-side fridge... Great accomodations; wonderful spot; very nice hosts... So yeah; we'd go back there!

We enjoyed this property so very much. It was the cleanest home we’ve ever rented and everything we needed was there with addition to some lake toys that we were able to enjoy. We didn’t turn on a tv the entire time we were there. The side porch was perfect for family gatherings and we enjoyed all of our meals outside on the large table. The sunset view was amazing and we even enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire while watching the sun go down. There was plenty of room for both of our jet skis and pontoon along side of the owners watercraft. The owner was extremely prompt in replying to any questions from the time of booking all the way through our last day. Not to mention a very nice note and quality bottle of wine left for us on the table.
