This hotel is in the perfect place for exploring downtown or attending a city festival, as we did. Its walkable to many different dining options but also is very close to get to nearby neighborhoods with even more to offer. Check in was quick, the room was clean and spacious. Only warning, park with the hotel. The parking garage next to them (not owned by the hotel) was a complete rip off.

Our Check in attendant, Crystal was superb. The snacks at the front desk are great and reasonably priced. Coco and the director was an added perk to get you right in the morning. Monarch Market is a great food court. I tried almost everything 😁 Chanya

It’s a nice property. Standard rooms. Although paint is chipping off the ceiling in my room. Lots of street noise late at night . Cars racing , music , gun shots .

The hotel has a great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a nice concierge room with a city view. The loung had great snacks and was nice to have when you don't feel like going out or want a great place to relax. I only wish they had a pool. Also parking is around $50 a night.
