This property was one of the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and most convenient that we have stayed in over the last few years. We were going to a Citadel football game and we were less than 5 miles away! The choice of restaurants close by was excellent.

Not so good. The staff was excellent. The location was great. The room was way overpriced. We paid much less for the same type of room in the same hotel at the same time of year. Seems like they’re not upgrading just trying to rake in the dough as people are traveling more. The bedding was very uncomfortable including sheets, blanket and pillows. The mattresses were so sunken and lumpy my back hurt in places it hasn't before! The microwave didn’t work and the air system didn’t function properly. The shower had the controls on the back wall. You had to get in the shower to turn on and of course you were blasted with cold water right away. Can’t comment on the restaurant as we did not eat there.

The hotel was large and clean. There was a restaurant in the hotel which is convenient, though the food was average. I really liked the eco friendly products and practices of the hotel.
