Girls’ Trip to Charleston
We enjoyed our stay at The Inns. We had a group of 11 ladies and found everything very clean and comfortable. We rented both units and while the driveway was narrow, we had parking for 3 vehicles. The back porch could benefit from a step added down to driveway. We had two minor issues and the host responded very quickly and resolved issues same day. We appreciated the welcome gift of wine and all the very helpful well timed communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Super cute house with lots of character.
My daughter got married and we needed a big enough place for our family(12 total). This place had enough space for all of us. I particularly liked that each room had its own bathroom and that there was a full kitchen on both floors. Everyone commented on the interior and how awesome it was. The only real problem was parking. The space to park was very tight and narrow. Hard to get cars in and out. The kitchen could have been equipped more with a big stock pot and another fry pan downstairs. They had a Keurig machine but no pods to use. Most places at least have that. It’s noisy around there with the street sweeper and people walking past laughing or shouting. Overall, it was a very cool house with lots of character. We were pleased with the space it provided us.

Best Combined Bachelor/Bachelorette Spot!
10000/10!! Best location! We booked our stay at this location after a previous VRBO listing canceled on us. This location was even BETTER than the previous we had booked and we are so happy that it worked out the way it did. We came on a combined bachelor/bachelorette trip with our friends and siblings and everyone had their own space. We didn't feel like we had to share bathrooms with people we didn't know and everyone had their own privacy. It was also the MOST convenient location to everything. We were able to walk mostly everywhere including breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was a super easy place to pick up an Uber ride. The house was beyond clean and we were able to decorate it exactly how we imagined for the bach. The parking onsite was a huge bonus since we had 3 cars with us. The side street to get to the parking in the back was a bit narrow, but we were able to fit all 3 cars and park in the back. The parking also felt very safe since it was tucked in between the two houses and was surrounded by a tall fence. We didn't feel unsafe leaving our cars parked there. The house came with all the dishware and silverware that we needed and the purple color made it perfect for photos. It was also nice that the house had central air and we were able to control the temperature in most rooms. It took a little to get the temperature down in the beginning, but we knew we were in SC and we had a lot of people. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind!

The original house I rented the air conditioner was broken so they quickly got me a new house which was very nice. The location was a little further out from the first location I booked but it accommodated our large group of 10. They responded very quickly to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend.

The property was perfect. We are college friends now in our 60s and pick a new destination to visit each year. The location was perfect a block or so from the free bus to downtown, minutes from restaurants and bars, and generally close to everything. The residence was clean and comfortable with the 6 bedrooms and baths we had our own space but plenty of room to socialize. Great place.

Great for 12 empty nester women girls weekend

Just Perfect!
This is the perfect spot for your next group trip to Charleston. With each bedroom offering it's own bathroom, TV and small fridge, we were all so cozy in our own personal space! The location was top notch as it is within walking distance to all downtown shopping and eateries. Would absolutely recommend and already looking for another reason to come back!

Great spot for an Exec Planning session
Our executive team does planning for the following FY in person each year in a different location. This allows us to fully immerse ourselves in our work, but also provides us a way to spend time together as friends exploring a new city. The purple house was centrally located - we had multiple options for walks to coffee shops for our morning brew, some of us were able to get to a few exercise classes nearby and there was no shortage of restaurant/bar options. The space was perfect - we had 6 guests and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen/living space on the 2nd floor is where we spent most of the time as a group and it worked out perfectly. Would absolutely recommend it.

We stayed at the Inns with my husband’s family during the week of Thanksgiving. We liked the 2 living rooms and that every bedroom had its own bathroom.
