We got there thursday and checked in early. The staff on duty was very pleasant other than them being Eagles fans and I being a Packer fan. We checked in and ot was smooth. We got to our room and passed out. We heard no noice whatsoever we would have assumed we were there in the hotel by ourselves. I will be staying here ever time we are in town. Thank you Ladies for an enjoyable 3 days

Really like the room layout with 2 sinks outside the toilet and tub area! Wish that all hotels would use this layout. So much more convenient for two (or more) people getting ready. Staff were fantastic to work when our first room's shower packed enough hot water and again when we wanted to add an extra night. They made it so easy. Highly recommend this place.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Everything was pretty good for the most part. The biggest drawback was the mattress and the pillows. The mattress is extremely old. There were large indents on both sides of the mattress and in the front of it. They new need mattress. The pillows were so soft it felt like sleeping on nothing. I kept waking of with a neck-ache. Other than that it was pretty good. Also, the only ice machine that was operational in the 4story hotel was the one on the first floor at the very end of the hall. That could be a problem. They just need to pay attention to detail, but not a bad stay otherwise.

Front Desk Staff were very friendly and professional. Only stayed one night but it would have been great for a multi day stay. Breakfast was great but would have loved to have had an option of regular sausage to go along with the vegan.
