Awful customer service. Very unfriendly reception. We found many things in our room were broken including broken phone, broken blow dryer, broken luggage stand, and our shower would run. Worst part was finding bugs in the bathroom area including one on my toothbrush. I informed the front desk and they agreed to switch our room but we’re not apologetic what so ever. Would not recommend. Area was okay

When I flush the toilet, it started leaking out of the bottom and then also I try to use the sink and it started leaking all over the counter which got my Louis Vuitton shoes, dirty, and my Gucci sweater. This was a horrible hotel.

The air conditioning didn’t work. We slept with no covers over us. I complained to the office which they said they call me back but I never heard from them. I stay in this area often but I will never stay at this hotel again.
