We implemented a strict cleaning protocol to provide a safe and clean environment for you to enjoy. Our location is second to none! We are immediately across from the City Market, the best location in historic downtown.

This slice of heaven is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a couple's weekend retreat or a memorable celebration of life. This studio has been especially sought after with honeymooners, guests celebrating their anniversaries, birthdays and engagements and visitors who enjoy the superb location.

The 5 star deluxe studio has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. The studio is charming, well appointed, private (there are only two studios located on separate floors in our building!) and secure (multiple key less entry locks). A custom kitchenette is available in your room with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, water and chocolates! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in our queen plush pillow top mattress dressed with 1800 (!) count linens.

Park your car (self-parking at a discounted rate is available in a covered and camera secured garage only one block from the suites) and never get back in it if dining in the many acclaimed restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, antiquing and discovering the splendor and beauty of Charleston is your goal.

Beautiful studio in great location. Studio was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette made it convenient to refrigerate and heat up leftovers. When our dates came to visit, there was a storm and possible flooding. The host was gracious enough to let us adjust our arrival and departure dates. The parking garage worked great and we had a wonderful time with lots to see and do right in the area! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our first visit to Charleston. Your Vrbo pictures of the stairs leading to our second floor room showed only 4 steps. There were 20. My knee issues are back. Very misleading picture. Other than that, it was a great place. Thanks for the early check in.

This charming studio on Market Street is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. We didn't use our car at all. The directions from the host were very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in Charleston.

AMAZING
What a perfect location to explore all that downtown Charleston has to offer. Literally right across from the old market. Place was clean. Bed super comfortable. Lots of space to put clothes and things away. Great shower. Highly recommend for people traveling alone or as a couple.

Everything we were given from the Host was right on. The directions, parking, description etc. Fabulous location right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk where ever we needed. The bathroom shower needed an extra scrubbing - but it may have been due to the warm weather and it being closed up. I was very disappointed with the Veranda that is pictured/described in the listing. It was on the side of the unit, a view of the garbage and alley. There wasn’t a “Water feature” as described and the white curtains/drapes were yellow and stained. Overall, a nice place and we would go back - we just would adjust our expectations.

There were a lot of little things that made it convenient. My husband used back screened in porch every day, a wide selection of Kerrigan coffee tea and creamers, plent of bathroom wash cloths and towels, ample storage for cloths, instructions for tv and thermostat.
