Overall the motel was clean... The only problem I had was that the room wasn't cleaned. Had to go to front desk and ask for towels... I was told that the rooms wasn't cleaned unless you stay at least three days then you have to request that your room be cleaned... This is a first... SMH...!! Also if you stay on the backside of the motel lots of road noise from traffic... Otherwise a good place to stay...

I would never stay at this place not even if I get for free. The whole experience was horrible, since the minute you step into the hotel everything was dirty and ugly. Overall experience was terrible

0 Star. This is the worst hotel in many years for me. Be aware and stay away ! No exhaust system in bathroom. After shower the whole room gets wet and humid and does not get better in 7-8 hours. All appliances are that is why rusted (see photos). Very minimum : no body lotion or no trash can in the bathroom. Telephone in the room is disconnected or has no connection. This hotel is not worth $30 per night. Pillow and sheets have stain and unclean. Disgusting and disappointing. The photos in the website are different than reality. Stay away.

This hotel is falling apart. First, co Punters were down. Check in took a long time. Keys did not work Second trip to desk, keys worked, building and room were terrible. The railing on the concrete steps came out of the step! Room smelled like there was a long term leak! Second room clean but tv did not work. Called desk.. no one ever came to fix it. Slide bolt on connecting door was broken. Room window had a broken seal. While we were at desk switching rooms, two separate guests came to ask for room repairs! We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay was ok. We're in the 2nd building and didn't have an ice machine there the one on the 2nd floor was broken. Had to walk to the 1st building for ice. The tv channels left a lot to be desired didn't have a lot to choose from. The best thing you can do is do other things before you go in. Then you just go to bed.

The view outside was beautiful. There was no shampoo and lotion in the room, just soap and conditioner.The lady in charge of breakfast was rude to guests. She snaps at the guests when asked questions and never smiles. Very grumpy. Also, we requested from a housekeeping staff to have someone clean our room but when we got back from a day of touring, the room was not cleaned. We requested for towels at least but the front desk didn't have access to them and told us to ask for them in the morning. Very bad experience. Not coming back.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced and I will never stay in a La Quinta again. The hotel room door was broken, and as a senior citizen, I could not open it. Fortunately, my daughter was able to shove it open, but then the locks from the inside were difficult to operate, leaving us feeling vulnerable. The room smelled moldy and stale, and was very dark. The carpet was old and dirty. It took forever to get hot water from the shower. My daughter woke up at night with a bug crawling on her. The breakfast was of poor quality, and the eggs tasted fake. They were not edible. I do not feel we got our money's worth.

The hotel was very run down. The gym was dirty and not maintained. There were dirty towels on the floor the entire 3 days we were here. The window in our room was so dirty you couldn’t even see out of it. They wouldn’t even provide a mini fridge unless we paid an extra 15 per day for a different room. On the up side, the sheets and towels were clean, and they allowed us a late check out for free.

Room #1 was not cleaned despite the front desk having it marked as cleaned by maids. So they moved us. Room #2 was infested with black mold on the lampshade. Immediately canceled our reservation and booked across the marina at Cambria for $10 more. I felt bad for the front desk clerks. It wasn’t their fault but they suffered the embarrassment
