The AC was functional. The tv was outdated. The mattress wasn’t the best, neither were the pillows. There was a stale smell in the room. Staff was great. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

The staff was amazing. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t disgusting. The pillows on the bed could also be better but all together the staff and hotel were great.

The room was unsanitary and the hotel overall nor any part of the property was properly represented in the pictures and I did not even end up staying the night. I’ve already been in touch with Expedia about the situation and have already contacted the agency that owns the hotel.

The room was not very nice but not expensive. I spotted a and killed cockroach in the bathroom. That can happen. I woke up to a cockroach crawling on my body and then saw two more on the walls when I turned on the light. The desk clerk offered me 20% discount. WOW. I insisted he offer me a new room which he did. I then booked another hotel in the middle of the night and went to the Holiday Inn Express. Cockroach infestations are below one star. On My Body In The Bed!!! Disgusting

We stay at a lot of La Quinta’s mainly because you were the best hotel that allowed pets. But now you charge for pets, but you don’t let people know that until they arrive. Pets are far better than children. Children tear up far more than a pet will so why not charge for children? That was the first thing, we got in late. We were exhausted from the long 10 Hour Dr. we get ready to go to bed. We lay down and it smelled so so bad like someone had taken a literal bathroom dump in the bed. I immediately went to the front desk and ask him to smell the pillow. I said you have to smell this. Why does it smell like a sewer? He said I’m not gonna smell that and I go well you’re going to check me out because we’re not staying here. Unfortunately, I had prepaid and did not get the insurance because I had no plans of canceling so I told him if you do not allow me to check out right now I’m gonna throw a serious fit in this hotel and there was a line of people waiting to check in. He said no problem call Expedia have them call me. I will confirm the problem and we will refund you the money which thankfully they did but by this time it was 11 PM we had driven 10 hours. We were exhausted and had to find another hotel to stay. I don’t think I will ever stay at a La Quinta again and I have stayed at them for years you need to get more pet friendly. You need to have someone from corporate go in and check hotels management. I could go on, but I’m limited space

There was cockroach on the bed ! I requested house keeping everyday and they just do it once ! The carpet was dirty The pillows are dirty and smell bad ! I’ve been in another la Quinta hotels in different places and this time cleanliness was terrible !

Nice area. I would stay again. The shower handle is in immediate need of replacement. Water pressure was low, but good enough to rinse off OK. Need to add a small refrigerator to every room for crying out loud, this place is right next to a boat dock.

People slamming doors all night and talking loud. The bathroom was in the middle of remodel and the towel holder was left just laying in the floor and the toilet was not sealed to the floor and moved everytime you sat on it. Coffee pot didn’t work. Will not stay here again

Yes I requested housekeeping three time nobody showed up left me with dirty towels. They try to charge my card numerous time claiming it was an error when they keep on charging my card. It was very frustrating from the beginning to the end I will never book la Quinta hotel again they put me through hell!
