Great location for a value property. Right on king st with easy access to shopping & food. There was also a free city shuttle across from hotel that took you near sights of interest. Food at hotel was limited as the one restaurant onsite was not open S-M. Food at cafe was limited to cold cut sandwiches & pantry in lobby was severely under stocked. Free breakfast is worth waking up for

We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The front desk employees were very professional and friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job. The breakfast buffet was hot and fresh every day. And the location was within walking distance to almost everything. If we ever visit Charleston again we will stay at this Hyatt again. 😊

Everyone was very friendly. This was our second time this year to the Hyatt house and will be back. The only downfall is no free parking so we spend a lot on the parking garage. Good breakfast with lots of options. Great location walkable to everything and easy to drive.

Pillows were on the rough side for my personal taste. Breakfast was standard. Service was good of personal with the exception of the breakfast food workers. They’d take the food containers away to refill while you were using them. Otherwise just be ready to pay $25-30 a day for parking.

Big and clean rooms. Breakfast is free and ample but closes at 10 on the dot and guests are rushed out by a closing curtain! Our room only was serviced once during a week stay because we dared to stay in the room till noon! I’m 61 years old and as far back as I remember rooms were serviced throughout the day even if they were missed in the morning.

Staff was super friendly, location was great! My only complaint is the bathroom had hair(s) from a previous guest and the pillow case on one of the beds had a weird stain on it, housekeeping replaced the pillow case after I brought it to their attention. Other than that, our stay was great!

Very nice and convenient hotel.. Bars and restaurants are walkable the only bad things is that they dont have parking.. they have valet parking for $42 daily. I used the public parking which for me was cheaper than paying $42 a Day... i wouldn't come back to this hotel just for that reason.. I feel its important to have parking included or a least with a small fee. Staff really nice .

Extremely disappointed with this Hyatt. Upon arrival our toilet was flooded on top of the fact that there was garbage left over from previous guests. There is no safe in the room no umbrellas and no pens or fans. Midway through our travel the hotel Air conditioning broke. For about 2.5 days, our room was 80 . This was obviously an unforeseen circumstance, however the way this was handled was disappointing. After being told the air conditioning was fixed at 11 PM we contacted the front desk multiple times letting them know our room was not cool yet. It was not until 5:30pm the following day that we had a technician see our room and to this issue. We were told that we will only be compensated for one day. Overall this was not what we expected at a Hyatt.

This is the perfect location for adventures on King St.! The only difficult part was parking (NOT FREE), and the walls/doors are thin.
