The lobby and breakfast room is clean, updated and has all the space, food and drinks you'd want. Lyft and Uber drivers are readily available. Great location! There's a Publix within walking distance which came in handy for things we needed. The negatives for us were in the wheelchair - handicap accessability area. The button to get into our room with a wheelchair didn't work. There was no button inside the room to open the door for a person in a wheelchair. The bathroom was not equipt for people who needed wheelchair or walker assessibility at the sink or shower. The room and bed were comfortable, there was on-site parking, which isn't the case in other hotels in the area. So, overall, a good place, friendly staff, and nice neighborhood.

problem getting the cable to work on the TV in two rooms. Was finally relocated to a room connected to the cable network. The staff did a great job in relocating us to an upgraded room.

The property and interior were clean an well lit. However the parking is way to little for the amount of customers.and Having to pay$15 to park thats Bogus !! There were issues with customers whom had already paid for their rooms,actually getting the rooms with a lot of hassel,It wasnt the desk clerk she really was trying to resolve the problem .Its with the program that sinks with 3rd party vendor, IE indeed ,and expedia please resolve this for future potiental customers. I wont stay there again !

The AC didn't work correctly. Was unusual that the shower head could not be turned on before entering shower, also no handle inside shower to open/slide door. Breakfast was ok ... There were NO FORKS available multiple people asked the person in charge. She said they are OUT of them. Was NOT easy to eat pancakes etc with a spoon. Was surprised there was no handicap parking since I have a handicap placard.

Great location and clean hotel
Great hotel experience. Friendly staff available 24/7, clean room and amenities (pool and gym were excellent). Decent breakfast. Limited parking onsite but free parking in a deck across the street. Publix and French cafe on one corner and fast food chains beside the hotel. Location convenient for walking to Elliotborough and the river. 5 minute drive to the historic/tourist area, 5 minute drive to West Ashley area, 10 minutes to Mount Pleasant, and 20 minutes to Folly Beach. Will continue to stay here when visiting Charleston.

Nice, clean hotel. Enjoyed our quick stay. We chose this hotel because it was conveniently 1 mile from the hospital which is what we needed for this trip. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and informative. She gave a great recommendation for dinner.

The property was nice, but the gentleman that was working at night.Was very inattentive, and was more worried about being on his cell phone. Also, when ask about pool towels, I was told that I just needed to get out of the pool myself and come get some.When we were informed that there would be towels out there, otherwise we would have been prepared before we got in the pool.

Nice, clean hotel with good location near the harbor and bridges. Nice amenities with well maintained free breakfast, exercise room and outdoor pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is limited parking onsite, with additional parking across street in parking garage, covered as part of daily parking fee. Publix grocery attached to parking garage
