I've always wanted to stay here and it didn't disappoint. The service was excellent and the whole process was easy. The little extras they provide are a nice touch. We really liked that breakfast was included and they delivered it to our room. We will definitely stay here again!!

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good location in the historic center of Charleston but there is ongoing construction work on two sides of the hotel. Sadly the wonderful view of the harbor is now significantly obscured by a massive new hotel in front of the HarborView Inn.

The staff are warm, friendly, and most helpful. The amenities of wine and cheese in late afternoon and then warm baked cookies with milk later in the evening are delicious inclusions that can be enjoyed in front of an inviting fire place during the winter season.

The staff was impeccable. At the last minute, I realized that I had booked the wrong days and had no where to stay the first night. I called the hotel and was treated extremely well and they helped without overpricing for the last minute room. Even though I loved the property, I'd go back for the staff alone. Everyone was kind and helpful. They went above and beyond.
