Overall good. But I needed help from the front desk to print a few pages of documents and was met with a less than helpful attitude. I was told by the desk person that “I have my own work to do and don’t have time for this” On another note the breakfast was horrible even for a hotel at this price point.

We were there the night when Hurricane started coming to town, so understandably it was nerve wracking. There was no breakfast the next morning due to curfew, and the windows/wall in the room was leaking pretty steadily the whole night. It needs fixing and we do not look forward to seeing this hotel again.

Tanger Outlets are in front meaning easy access to many retail stores, plenty of food options a few minutes from the hotel. Would go back.

Stranded Travelers Without Luggage
We were stranded travelers without any of our luggage. Embassy Suites was wonderful! The lovely woman who checked us in went in the back for a shower cap, mouthwash, razor and shaving cream in addition to toothbrushes and toothpaste they provided. We had an early flight and breakfast didn’t start til 6 AM, no shuttle until 7 AM.
