They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again. I had come to SC for my son’s memorial.

A new company bought them out, and the condition of the hotel is deplorable! Do not stay here. Asked 3 different hotel staff on 3 different days to speak with the manager. Got a run around and he never contacted us regarding a conflict with our Expedia reservation. I also no longer trust Expedia and their customer service! I will also never use or recommend Expedia again either!

Property was in perfect location. Easy access. Room was dirty. Carpet dirty and needs replacing, curtain dirty, furniture worn-out peeling. No trash basket in bathroom, toilet so small it looks like a training potty, floors dirty, bed very uncomfortable. If I had a choice to cancel and leave I would have.

The property was old and worn out in appearance. The carpet looked dirty and stained. The bathroom floor was spotted with large drops of paint and grit. The aur conditioner made weird noises all night, but did cool. The cable was extremely limited. At least the breakfast was good and that area was spotless!

every trash receptacle was full for four days. water in pool was slimy and has not been cleaned in awhile. no pool towels. killed a cockroach in our room saw another in the hall. carpet was crusty and nasty in the halls and the rooms.

Horrible, dirty carpets, unclean windows and mirrors...the shower curtain rod was literally hanging from the wall. Couldn't sleep at all because I was so uncomfortable. I ended up switching rooms, but the 2nd one wasn't much better.

My family & I enjoyed our stay! Facility was clean especially for it being pet friendly. Staff was helpful and polite. The beach was about 30 min drive without traffic. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere and the convenience of it being located next to many stores & great restaurants!

When I arrived the front desk guy said that I had only paid for 1night. I showed him my receipt from Expedia and he said that I needed to contact them. Which clearly wasn’t right he wouldn’t call the manager. He wouldn’t offer the room in which clearly I paid for until it got straightened out. Then I said could I get the room and take my stuff up. His shift ended and the manger was there he was nice and took care of it.
