This was a nice hotel. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was very convenient to Patriot's Point and restaurants. The breakfast had a good selection.

We happened to be staying the same day as a group of kids, and it was very noisy with them running up and down the hallway after 11 pm. In addition, a group of adults who appeared to be their parents were drinking alcohol in the hall on the second floor after midnight. I was going to complain to the front desk, but the extension phone in the room was not working. Even though the cable was plugged in! So, I went to the front desk but no one was there. I made a call to the phone number but no response. I will never stay here again.

It was a good location. The breakfast was good. The first day someone salted the eggs too much! Slow on the replenish of items. The other two days were fine. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The humidity was high in our room and the curtains didn't close. We only had the seers to cover the window. At night it was a bit annoying the light coming in from the street lights, parking lot lights. .

Good comfortable hotel. We were given good advice by the reception staff, initially regarding travel back into the centre of Charleston where we were going for a tour - the gentleman kindly advised that we were much better off driving in, as there were a number of car parks available in the vicinity, rather than using public transport, and secondly with food ideas. We went to Shem Creek which was lovely and ate at Saltwater Cowboys which was fantastic!

Mt Pleasant wasn’t as pleasant as I had hoped.
There was road construction outside of hotel. I asked the gentleman working when I checked in if it would continue at night, and he said no. The work was almost all night. My room was vibrating from machines and trucks and it took me 2 hours to fall asleep. Worker was very short with me and not friendly or helpful - no water available during certain hours. Bed was super comfortable and shower was great. Hallways were dirty. Hotel in great location.

The smell on the property smells like mildew or mold. The gym has a horrible smell along with my first room I got issed. After requesting a refund, the front receptionist moved me to another room which was slightly better in smell. I appreciate the staff whom was good and the outside seemed clean and safe. It was just the inside that left a bad impression.

Far from everything. Free parking. Room was musty but overall good. Breakfast was very good. BUT they stop putting out food 30 minutes before close. On our last day, they started closing down 1 hour prior to close, putting food away right in front of people who were arriving to breakfast.
