There is an open room with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. The kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Senseo capsules provided. It also has a dining table. The kitchen leads out to a terrace. On the same level, you'll find a shower and a separate toilet.

On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is a room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, which has an exit to a balcony. Another room on this level has a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, along with a shower and toilet. The house features electric heating throughout.
