Brilliant property, amazing staff from the front desk, bar, yoga teacher, management, everyone was friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a lovely time. Breakfast was excellent and the pool and sunbeds are great. Can't recommend enough.

A wonderful hotel in a great location and easy transport links into the Old Town. The food/drinks were good/healthy and the service was great. The pool was lovely however, the other amenities such as the gym could have done with a bit of improvement. A wonderful, spacious room though! Would definitely visit again.

Awesome hotel! We loved everything, special breakfast, wonderful huge room, terrace overlooking the pool, secluded pool area, nice cocktails. They also have a special attention to sports activities, offering hiking routes, bikes, dancing and yoga. Sad we were there only for 1 day.

Our stay at Mossa was nothing short of extrodinary. The staff, the owner Christos were all so helpful and willing to offer opnions on activitities across Crete. This property was perfect. Craftmanship, cleanliness, and quality are with out match. A very glamourous hotel that is truly boutique. Will return in a heart beat. Thank you Mossa for starting our Greece journey on such a high note. All others will be compared to you!

I could not say enough great things about our experience here! The staff are so helpful and really want to make your experience in Crete the best it possibly can be! They gave us so many recommendations for things to do but once we were back and wanting to relax it was the perfect space to do that. The location couldn’t be better as well, just across the street you have a choice of 4 different beaches! There are also walking and bike paths if you wanted to go in to see the Chania old port. 10/10 experience!

Absolutely recommended! The staff are super friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The hotel is close to the beaches. You have a bus, right outside, that takes you to the city center within minutes. The hotel is family operated and their dedication to guests is unparalleled.

Flawless
Flawless from start to finish. Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner and was everything we wanted and more. Rooms are spacious and clean, pool area is great with lots of sunloungers, food is really tasty. Above all its the attitude of the staff which really makes Mossa feel like a home from home. Such a great experience at this property, the team were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help and make the stay as pleasant as possible from booking taxis to giving local recommendations. The rooms were modern with all the amenities you would need, the bed was super comfy and the shower powerful. Full length mirror in the room a bonus! The property has a chilled Ibiza vibe and lots of nice seating and beds around the pool. Would really recommend staying at this property!!

We had an amazing time last week at Mossa. The team were great - so friendly, helpful and caring. Big shout out to Alex and Monica especially! Breakfast is amazing, pool area nice, rooms modern and comfy, and it’s in a great location to drive around or walk into Chania. Would highly recommend!

This was a great property with a nice pool, great staff, and a nice bar/restaurant. Very chill, and relaxing. Staff was very accommodating and genuinely helpful (Αλέξανδρος/Alehandros sent me an e-mail with great restaurant recommendations - thanks). Our room was surprisingly large with an upstairs area for the kids. I think all rooms overlook the pool ? Pool area was never busy (even in high season), and we never had troubles getting chairs, etc. Pool side service is sweet. Very accommodating with check-in/out. Area is nice (my second time here in 23 years). The fish here don't like me (and only me). They kept biting me, but no one else ! (LOL) Close to Chania which has a really great old central area for strolling, eating, shopping. Overall wonderful few days for us. Thanks.
