We rented the family suite with 2 beds and the loft. The showers were disgusting, the floors felt sticky and there was mold on the wall! The beds only had sheets, no blankets. The area is very sketchy, broken glass, and stunk like weed. The peephole to our door was also broken and you could just see right through it. We would have just left immediately but came in late. Decided to just try to sleep. We slept for maybe 4-5 hours. And got out fist thing in the morning, didnt shower, and brushed our teeth with bottle water because we were so grossed out. I sent two emails to the property managers with photos of all of this with no response and called twice and they just said they would call back and never did. Wish I could post the photos here because I’m not exaggerating, it was disgusting. Absolutely do not stay here it’s gross and uncomfortable and doesn’t feel safe.

Very dirty and not properly cleaned. There was blood/a huge red stain on the floor of our room and it was not properly cleaned beforehand. The pricing was cheap but that was it. I would unfortunately not recommend this hotel.

When we pulled out the sofa bed, it was half broke along with rust type material falling off of the already filthy sheets. I requested a different room. We were shown two options and I opted for the least smoke smelling room for our family. The "hot breakfast" in their main dining area follows zero health precautions. The very few items that were offered were luke warm at best. Fruit flies swarmed overripe fruit along with an overall dirty appearance on tables and serving counters. The property has an overall dated and worn feel, along with the type of crowd it draws. Honking, banging on doors, screaming throughout the night from guests or locals (not sure which one) was the normal evening routine from 1 am-4 am. The property does not feel safe or have any security presence. My son brought me a used needle with visible blood in it he found in the closet. Disgusting and downright unsafe. Never again. Refused to refund me. I reported them to the health department.

The check-in staff member was very nice and helpful. Check in was smooth and efficient. The hotel really needs upgrading! The website shows a newer remodeled lobby, common areas and a couple remodeled rooms, however our room was not that. There were no facial tissue or paper towels and there was garbage in the trash cans. The T.V. was just plain sad. It was so small and far away from the bed, it was pointless to try to watch anything unless you sat on the couch. The room was very spacious and clean and was fine for a one night sleep, however. The location of the hotel is a bit sketchy as well.

It was pretty clean and the amenities and room were nice. Location is close to campus. My only complaint is that other guests were loud, and I also didn’t love that my room on the ground floor had a sliding glass door to the outside. Between the noise and the door, I had enough anxiety to not have a great night’s sleep.

The air conditioning was not functioning well,but it wasn't overly hot. The furniture was old and falling apart. The couch was dirty and lacked any springs. Pillows very hard. The shower curtain was moldy and ripped. No tissues in the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom and main room was water damaged and peeling. The room itself was clean. Bathroom not so great. It was very loud all night long. I'm not sure if it was the hotel bar or the surrounding area, but music was loud all night. The rooms are in separate, private, buildings away from check in, which was a nice feature. Could have been really cool if the room wasn't so out of what I expected. Staff was very friendly. Overall, I'd say it is what it is for the price but the pictures in the listing ARE NOT what you get. Lighting is horrible in the room. It felt like bait and switch based on the listing vs what we got. Keep that in mind while booking.

When we arrived in our room, we discovered our 2 Queen size beds were double beds. Which are significantly smaller. One bed only had a sheet, (no blanket or bed spread). The other had a blanket and sheet, but no bed spread. There is a sink outside the bathroom. I thought, "how nice". Later at night, with the lights off, I was feeling for something in the dark and discovered this area was covered with some sticky substance. All in all, we are not impressed.

So many things wrong on this stay. 1st- hotels.com said my price would be $80. Hotel had sign saying all credit card transactions included 3% surcharge. Actual cost was $81+ - Got to room. TV not working. Called front desk mgr who said repairman would be sent. Called again 20 minutes later with no repair. Repairman on way. Another 20 minutes and asked to be moved to room with working tv. Told repairman was 10 minutes away. It was more than 45 minutes for simple fix that took less than 5 minutes. -Below freezing outside. Fan cranking away but room not getting warm. Checked HVAC. It was set on AC instead of heat. - Went to take shower. Water flowed but shower wouldn’t turn on. - Getting in bed, covers were sheet, sheet, thin blanket. It was warm enough but not comfortable with blanket next to skin. - Had asked for 7 am wakeup. Never got any call. - Went for breakfast. All warm food trays empty. Man sitting at table said they were preparing more. Juice machine had old “Out of order” sign. There was empty orange juice container in tray but no refill. Coffee available through plastic carafe, but nearly empty. Cereal was available but no milk in dispenser. Bread available for toast but no butter or jelly. Food finally showed up – watery scrambled eggs, pancakes.Had to wait for plates. One guest was taking sausage links from pan by hand and eating as he filled plate. No syrup or butter. It was a miserable stay.

Stayed Friday-Sunday. There were some stains on the room carpeting. Bed was comfortable, but only had a top sheet and a light blanket, for November. Saturday night, the smoke detector started to beep every minute (old battery?). Went to the desk and the employee gave me a different room for my last night, which I appreciated. Overall, a nice stay.
