The girl at the front desk when checking in was very friendly and helpful. She asked about being a rewards member and explained all of the amenities. Our room was recently renovated and was very comfortable! The happy hour and dinner snack was delicious… Olive Garden food is always great.We will stay again.

When the property reservation was made, it said handicap accessible. Called the property directly and found that the room would not be able to accommodate my wheelchair nor were there any grab bars around the toilet. Location was not able to secure a refund for me. Still working with Expedia to reverse the charge.

There was no parking due to construction. I had to park illegally both nights. The daytime clerk was not friendly either day. She didn't even responded when I told her to have a nice day. The swing shift clerk was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the trip much better.
