The cottage consists of 2 large rooms of 34m2, duplex, carefully decorated in a loft spirit, combining conservation of old and contemporary quality. On the ground floor you have an entrance, WC, then a dedicated equipped kitchen and dining room; a comfortable living room with music TV and pellet stove opening onto the sunset terrace. Upstairs, a large bedroom, office area; the bathroom with large walk-in shower is open to the bedroom. Wi-Fi access. The cottage is designed to accommodate 2 people (a 160 bed), however there is a comfortable extra bed for a 3rd person, child. For babies a folding bed, a high chair can be provided. Minimum stay 5 nights. A fast electric charging station can be made available nearby: contact the owner for details. It is an old, independent, quiet house of 68 m2 located in a beautiful village of medieval origin. Restored in 2011 in the stone and lime tradition, it has a pretty closed ground of 400m2 with a very beautiful view on the mountains of Jarez, a flowered and landscaped space, 3 terraces and a closed car location. On site, you will have to discover the local heritage; it will also be the starting point for a discovery of the very rich and diversified region, in particular the natural regional park of Pilat, the gorges of the Loire and the proximity of the Rhône valley, the grands crus and Lyon. The gîte is classified 4 ears of corn and obtained 4 stars in the furnished tourist category. So you will appreciate the great comfort, the excellent equipment and the interior charm of the residence. To make your stay even more pleasant, utilities are included, sheets and towels are provided.
