Lovely area, very charming and pretty accommodation. The breakfast was also very good. But the mattress was thin, a bit lumpy and not very comfortable. There was a kettle in the room, but just a couple of lipton teabags and no milk, not even long life. It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the room.

Pros: Room and building have character | Located in a main street so I felt safe | Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Clean room | Very helpful staff (as they ordered my taxi to the bus station just in time) Suggestions for improvement:  Safe couldn't be opened | ramp or lift for suitcases / accessibility (only a few short steps up to first floor where my room was) | install USB power sockets | Provide moisturiser | Reception not being 24/7 was a bit scary at first, but they picked up my call to provide self-check-in instructions

Krumlovská pohádka was a perfect landing spot for me, a painter who visited cesky krumlov to explore and make art during the day. Adele was very kind and helpful during the entire stay.

I was supposed to get VIP free parking. I didn't but was told that where I had parked was free. It wasn't and cost me A$100!!! On top of that the room was very cold-hosts knew heating didn't work but made no provision for this position xcept a poor apology in the morning because I can't mplained online. My room was supposed to be a 'single deluxe'. It was a shabby area and more of a cramped enclosed hallway than a room. The lovely decriptions and online ne photos didn't reflect the reality of what I got. Hosts claim to make it a special experience applied but in the most negative way of the many hotels I have experienced in my extensive travels. Hugely disappointed and also ceeling d cived and ripped off!!

A very old building, cold, spooky vibe. not enough outlets. not as fancy as the photos on expedia. I got two rooms and their conditions were very different. and the better one was on the 5th floor with no elevator. the free parking they provide is actually far away. I reserved a permit to enter the pedestrian zone but they forgot. no follow-up help afterward. no replies to my messages after the check in. the breakfast was good. Restaurants in the area are pricy and not very good so the included breakfast is pretty valuable. we paid 258USD for a night for two rooms and would only recommend for lower prices.

Very quiet location. Convenient, right in the middle of the old town. Do note however that reception hours are only during breakfast. Check in requires calling, and fortunately doable thru WhatsApp. Amazing breakfast even though there weren't many guests when I was staying there.

A fairytale indeed! Enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay and would return tomorrow. Very comfortable and clean room, quiet and convenient to everything in Old Town. Kettle in room. Room #202 up the stairs and at the end of the hall is spacious and really quiet. Sitting area was great for working and planning the day, as well as relaxing. No elevator, so if you have mobility issues this might not work for you. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. If you arrive by car be sure to get the car and parking details in advance as you'll park at their sister property across the river.

Great location. Close proximity to centre and attractions. Self-Check in was challenging, and parking also very tricky to find and at a distance & cost. Comfortable room but very hot - no fan or air con. Breakfast was included and good. Noisy (noise restriction of 10pm cut-off were not adhered to). Extremely disruptive till 3pm.
