"Beautiful property, very clean. Lots of construction outside which you could hear. The rooms were bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise. I didn’t like that we couldn’t upgrade our room because we booked with a 3rd party (they told us we would have to cancel and rebook with them which we couldn’t do because with Expedia, you can’t cancel same day). The. Asked about late checkout and were told we had to ask the morning of and if we could then it’s an additional charge. THEN to go park and it costs per day to park. All normal things for a hotel, just a lot of no’s and more money grabbing is annoying when checking in. Staff was kind, no problems there. The pool left more to be desired. It was small and very chipped up. No hot tub. We would stay here again however. We enjoyed the atrium and rooms. "
