The apartment is located on the third floor (in reality it is a second and a half floor) served by comfortable stairs and enjoys a beautiful view; you can see the sea, the historic center with the cathedral, and the fortress behind.
The rooms are large and bright, all have a TV; the kitchen is well equipped and has a comfortable sofa; the bedrooms have air conditioning and benches for suitcases.
The apartment has free private parking, located at the foot of the building, right under the balcony, with access only for guests.
We are in the city center, just behind the main Via Roma and in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the beach, in 10 minutes in the historic center; 100 meters away there is a well-stocked supermarket and in the area also restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconist, bank, pharmacy, train station.
It is pleasant to be on the balcony even on the hottest summer days as the sun only arrives directly in the early morning and at sunset.
In the same building and on the same floor, there is another apartment, with only one bedroom, to see it, write the reference 6309130 in the destination field on the homepage and start the search.
TOURIST TAX - According to the law of art. 4 of Legislative Decree n.23/2011, guests are required to pay the relevant tourist tax upon check-in, and it is my responsibility to collect it. The tourist tax to be paid is €2 per night per person, for the first 5 nights, in cash at check-in, children from 0 to 12 years are exempt, e.g. 3 people including 1 child aged 10, for a 7-night stay, will have to pay €20.
PHOTOS OF DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACT - According to the law of art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79), art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79) and art. 19 bis of Legislative Decree n. 113/2018, at check-in I am required to take a photograph of the document (identity card or passport) of all guests, and to have the contract filled out, i.e. a sheet with the summary of the booking data and signed.
AIR CONDITIONING - You are my guest and therefore I don't want you to feel hot, but... it is forbidden to set a temperature lower than 24°, and to leave the air conditioner on when you are not at home. At 24° the rooms cool down and you no longer feel hot. When outside is too hot as in summer, if you set a temperature lower than 24° the air conditioner cannot reach it because the difference is too large, instead what happens is that the air conditioner works under strain and produces so much water that it isn't drained well and instead comes down from the split causing damage to the furniture (or doors) it encounters.
WASTE - At check-out you will have to throw away waste in the appropriate containers that I will communicate to you at check-in. Of course you can also throw away rubbish during your stay if you need.
POSSIBLE 2nd BEDROOM SUPPLEMENT - The basic rental prices refer to two guests who use only one bedroom. If there are two of you and you also want the second bedroom, you can have it by paying the supplement of €10 per night, in cash at check-in, e.g. for a 5-night stay the supplement is €50. If there are more than two guests, yuo haven't pay supplement.
COT AND TABLE SEAT - Upon request, a cot and table seat can be provided.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER, GAS, SMOKE, CO2 DETECTORS - At the moment, photos in the ad don't show the fire extinguisher, gas and smoke detector, and CO2 detector, as these were recently installed, at the end of the season.
