When we arrived, was told check in was at 3:00 (we arrived at 1:30) but if I wanted to pay $25.00 I could check in early. I said no, I would wait. Then the young man asked if we would take a room on the 2nd floor, I said that would be fine. Received the key, went to the room. At the bottom of the stair case, was some drywall and paint cans, went into the room and my husband went to the bathroom, he said the lid on the toilet was broken. . I went back to the office and the front desk said they would put us in a different room. Went to that room and the key wouldn’t work. Went back to the front desk and he said he would have someone come and fix the key. Left for our meeting was gone two hours came back to the front desk, different man was there and tried to explain to him. He said he would give me the main key to get into our room. I told him we just wanted our money back and he said he couldn’t do that because we had gone through Expedia. The room floor boards were ripped out, looked like there was some construction going on. We left about 9:00 o’clock to come home. Would not book to stay there. If you can reverse the charge on my CC that would be great. Thanks
