The king room was very clean and the shower door on rollers was situated with a slight angle that prevented the glass door from opening on its own during a shower. Very nice. Bed was comfortable. Direct TV with several movie channels was another big plus. Front desk staff were warm and welcoming.

Had to ring bell for help and during check in, during check out the desk person was on cell phone texting and acted like I was a bother. Weird experience. Dirty pool smelled like sulfur and had words scratched into the grime. Hotel in general was dirty and so was the room. For a newer hotel, I’m surprised at the lack of care they have for it. Wouldn’t want to stay again.

We stayed there last year and it was fine. This year it felt like it went down hill fast. Drains on carpet, soap in women’s bathroom taped to the wall, shower pan had black around it, and the 4th floor smelled like someone got sick the time we were there. I’m rooting for this hotel. It’s in a perfect area, the gym is nice, the bkfast is great, but we won’t stay there again until it’s cleaned up.
