mold in the bathroom ceiling but the biggest issue is upstairs I assume the cleaning personnel made noise all night until I finally had enough and left at 4 am. Also it must have been a smoking room at one time because as anon smoker it was not hard to smell it. rated 9 thats totally wrong shame on you and your overpriced hotel

The breakfast food was not refilled as it needed to be for the number of people that were having breakfast. We arrived early because we unexpectedly stayed there and were accommodated with a room that was ready. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The room darkening curtain kept the room nice and dark. The temperature control was good. It’s a very nice hotel.

Located close to I-15. Easy on/off. Parking outside your room. Everything was clean and neat. Simple accommodations, affordable. The bed was very comforrtable!

We did not like the hotel. The room we had had a terrible patch job on the walls where they tried to fix the holes. The bathroom door was missing the strike catch so it would not close properly and the main door was barely secured when you locked it not mention it looked like somebody beat it up with a hammer. The molding around the bathroom door had a terrible patch job as well.

So So Hotel
The room we stayed in was in need of repair. However, it looked like the room had been repaired and re-repaired multiple times already. There were several holes in the bathroom door where a towel hanger once hung (in multiple locations). And the same goes for the shower curtain rod. The vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. Baseboards were swollen and warped from years of water absorption and repainting. The bed sheets were all clean and nice although the beds themselves were much too hard for my liking.

It’s run down. Even the electrical plugs are 5 years past due a change. The staff did nothing about the snow on the side walks except around the front doors. There was no hot water in the rooms or hot tub. I paid good money for hot water. The on line photos of the rooms were deceptive.
