Ruim! Não recomendo e não voltaria!
Quarto desconfortável , sem janela, ventilação comprometida, ar condicionado barulhento, chuveiro ótimo, atendimento da recepção muito ruim. Estávamos hospedamos por motivo de saúde, por uma noite pré cirurgia e ao solicitar uma toalha, pois estava faltando, o recepcionista foi grosseiro ao invés de solucionar o problema. Café da manhã bom.

Quartos antigos, tivemos que mudar de quarto 2x pois o primeiro tinha um cheiro terrível de xixi no carpete, o segundo estava com a porta do box avariada. fomos acertar no terceiro quarto. Achei o cobertor de solteiro curto, pequeno. Os quartos estão bem antigos, algumas cerâmicas faltando no banheiro, e quartos que ainda possuem carpete com cheiro ruim. O Hotel nao tem acessibilidade, muitos degraus entre a entrada, recepção e elevadores. Quanto ao conforto foi razoavel. Limpeza boa e atendimento muito bom.

Voltaria pela localização e o pudim!
Quarto triplo luxo, 10° andar, no início de março de 2024, para 2 adultos, 1 adolescente e um bebê, R$340,00 a diária. Quarto com uma cama de casal (bem grande) e uma cama de solteiro. Bom tamanho do quarto, colchões muito bons, banheiro grande (ducha excelente!), estava tudo limpo, ar condicionado gelando e silencioso (excelente). Café da manhã bem sortido e tudo muito gostoso (o pudim de leite condensado é uma delícia!! Se gosta, prove!). Ótimo estacionamento. Ótima vista. A equipe simpática e atenciosa. A localização é central, excelente. Pelo preço, penso ser um ótimo custo benefício, no entanto poderiam cobrar um pouco mais e colocar cortinas que realmente possam deixar o quarto escuro de dia (há persianas verticais, simples, que deixam entrar toda luz, algo imperdoável, que poderia ser resolvido, de modo elegante e funcional, sem muito investimento e ninguém mais falaria disso nas avaliações). Tudo no quarto (exceto acho que o ar condicionado, mas também não é "novo") é antigo, porém funcional. Se você não se incomoda com a impossibilidade de deixar o quarto totalmente (mesmo razoavelmente) escuro de dia, recomendo conhecer (eu e minha família nos incomodamos com isso, todavia não descartamos voltar, principalmente pelo pudim😂). Obrigado a toda a equipe do Tri Hotel Smart Caxias!
