It is located at the south end of the valley, 5 minutes from the Paganella Highland ski area in a relaxed and spectacular setting, immersed in nature in a secluded location but close to all kinds of shops, services or leisure activities.
It is a one-family house consisting of a large living room with fireplace, boiserie, benches, two sofa beds, dining table with 7-9 seats and access to the terrace and garden. Small entrance hall and large kitchen with work table. Bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with 3 single beds. Bathroom and large terrace of 35 sqm. Private car park with 2-3 car spaces. Flat garden limited by hedges in panoramic position.
