The house, located on an idyllic property, offers a wonderful sea view of the bay of Cavalaire-sur-mer. The impressive view invites you to linger ("breakfast") and old cork oaks offer natural sun protection! The extensive sandy beach and the shops with fresh baguettes and croissants are about 650m away, very easy to reach on foot. The beach and harbor in Cavalaire-sur-mer offers everything a water sports heart could desire. (However, since the pool with sea view is gloriously illuminated by the sun for most of the day, the sandy beach usually only lures in the evening.)

The wonderful flair of the Cote d'Azur can be found at the port of St. Tropez (18km) with its sophisticated yachts and picturesque houses. The beaches of Pamplonne with its famous Club 55 and many more are easily accessible by car and provide wonderful excursions and variety.

Sehr angenehmes Haus in perfekter Lage
Wir hatten sehr kurz entschlossen gebucht. Schon die Korrespondenz mit der Gastgeberin im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen. Alles ist sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man Zweisamkeit oder einen Aufenthalt mit Familie perfekt genießen. Der Blick auf's Meer ist spektakulär. Als wir wegen eines medizinischen Notfalls in der Familie zuhause nach wenigen Tagen verfrüht abreisen mussten fand die Gastgeberin warme, verständnisvolle Worte. Bei der Abwicklung kam sie uns großzügig entgegen. Besser kann man sich den Umgang nicht wünschen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Villa mit Aussicht und Stil
Herrliche Sicht auf die Bucht von Cavalaire vom kleinen aber feinen Pool. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden und durch die Einführung durch die sehr freundliche Besitzerin fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Zu Fuss ist man innert 10 Minuten unten bei der Bäckerei und am Strand. Wir haben uns zu siebt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Traum in Cavailaire Sur Mer
Es war traumhaft schön! Wir können die Villa Tanine nur empfehlen. Das Haus ist bis in die Details sehr geschmackvoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und der Ausblick ein Traum! Auch die Betreuung mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr gut, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Gemütliches Haus in einem ruhigen, gehobenen Quartier. Herrliche Aussicht vom Sitzplatz und sehr schöne Sandstrände ganz Nah. Der Pool ist klein, für die Kinder hat es aber gereicht. Strand und viele Restaurants in Cavalaire sind auch zu Fuss in ca. 20 Min. erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out ist unkompliziert und hat super geklappt. Herzlichen Dank

So schön wie erhofft
Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Der Ausblick ist Urlaub pur und nicht zu übertreffen. Pool und Terrasse waren dementsprechend oftmals die erste Wahl für den Tag. Das Haus ist toll renoviert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

traumhafter Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur

Ein besonderes Haus mit Herz
Wir sind als Familie angereist und sind Frankreich Neulinge. Der Kontakt mit Frau von Waitz war von Anfang an sehr herzlich und wir waren über Ihre Tipps und Empfehlungen sehr dankbar. Das Haus ist wirklich wundervoll. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es ist eher noch viel mehr vorhanden, als man es normalerweise gewohnt ist und von zuhause mitbringt. Eine wunderbare Küche mit tollen Geräten Die vorhandene Planscha war ebenfalls klasse und wurde von uns viel genutzt. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell mit so viel Geschmack gestaltet, dass man einfach nur begeistert ist. Alle Badezimmer sind ein Traum und jedes Schlafzimmer hat sehr gute und bequeme Betten. Morgens wacht man auf und schaut auf die blaue Bucht Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Allerdings hatten wir tagsüber alles zu, damit die Kühle auch erhalten bleibt. Das Grundstück lebt von der alten Korkeiche. Man hat das Gefühl, dass sie das Herzstück mit

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern absolut komfortabel und großzügig untergebracht. Das Haus besticht durch seine liebevolle Einrichtung, toller und hochwertiger Ausstattung und einer tollen Aussichtslage. Aussergewöhnlich schönes Haus mit viel Charme in toller Lage
Wir waren nun bereits zum 2. mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit einem beeindruckenden Blick aufs Meer. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und bestens ausgestattet. Eine tolle Mischung aus Moderne mit dem Charme eines typischen Hauses in Südfrankreich. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Magnifique séjour
Superbe séjour dans cette belle villa à Cavalaire Dès le matin, le petit déjeuner face à la baie de Cavalaire avec son ballet incessant de bateaux sortant du port. L’endroit est calme, la villa est conforme à la description. La piscine est de taille tout à fait convenable et elle est bien sécurisée - un plus - (nous avons séjourné avec notre fils de 2ans). Nous espérons revenir très prochainement. Merci Ulrike !

Merveilleux séjour
Location conforme aux photos, avec une vue à couper le souffle, la maison est très bien équipée et la piscine qui même si elle est petite, suffit amplement pour se rafraîchir après la plage, les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, j y retournerais avec grand plaisir.
