Thank you for considering our property for your group - A 5 star destination property! Breathtaking views, tons of space, modern home..... Fun for everyone! Pool table, chef kitchen, wrap around deck, third story lookout, private bedrooms & open spaces.

The Gathering Spot is perfect for your get away! The property is comfortable, clean, peaceful and very spacious. The property is on 2 acres, private with a beautiful overlook of Salt Creek. The deck with the creek sounds, surrounded by trees is absolutely peaceful. We will consider day bookings, inquire if interested! Perfect for a disconnect and recharge! Outdoor fun includes a fire pit, relaxing deck and creek views.

GUESTS AND VISITORS: Only booked guests are allowed on the property unless you book an event package outlined below.

SLEEPING:
11 beds, plus 6 twins in the bunk house (separate cost): The main house comfortably sleeps 14 with 11 beds plus an additional toddler cot. The detached bunkhouse has sleeping for 6 (6 twin beds). The bunkhouse is cozy and a nice addition to the property approximately 20 yards away from the main house. Please note that it does not have a bathroom attached, main house bathroom is required for this space.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The bunkhouse does not have running water or a restroom. If there is any confusion, simply contact me for questions.

ACTIVITIES
Many on-site activities to keep your group engaged. The game room with pool table, smart TV, arcade, and foosball and is a great evening retreat for your group. Retreat to the master bedroom and bath for a spa experience. Walk through the outside wooded yard or walk down to the creek

The bunkhouse has to be requested and paid for separately ($150).

Other things to note
The house is located in a quiet family rural neighborhood. Please be respectful of your surroundings.

HOSTED EVENTS: Due to Airbnb’s new policy we must handle events separately. We will need details, such as:

Number of guests, timing of event, music options (DJ or other options), alcohol being served, parking is limited and in some cases will require you to coordinate shuttle service.

Note: The event area is a traditional garage / barn and does not have air conditioning.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking or vaping in or around the house. You will pay a $500 fine per guest for any smoking in or around the property.

NO PETS allowed - it is very important that no pets are at the property due to farm animals and the rules of the house.

NO PARTIES for minors and no alcohol allowed for minors. A strict fine and evacuation of site will be enforced if alcohol is identified on the property for minors.

PARKING is an important coordination for larger group events. Contact us directly for any group event to coordinate parking.

Security Cameras: We have three security cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. Two are located in the front directed at the driveway. One in the back that points to the back yard.

Guests have access to the main home. The bunkhouse is accessible when reserved.

Our goal is to help our guest have an fun and easy experience in our home. We have formed some great relationships in the area and are happy to give our feedback when visiting.

This is a peaceful family neighborhood along a creek.

Our home is located far enough away from the noise, yet within proximity of the best that Tulsa and nearby areas have to offer.
No unapproved events shall be allowed without pre-approval. An event is considered anytime someone other than the stated guests on the reservation are at the property. This will result in a minimum of a $500 fee to the booking guest, plus any additional costs or damages identified.

No pets are allowed on the property under any circumstances. This will result in a minimum fee of $100 fee to the booking guest, plus any additional costs or damages identified.

The property is located near a creek and a working farm. Safety waivers must be signed prior to reservation.

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

There are active cameras located on the outside of the property.

Rental agreement sent separate is required before check-in information is provided.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Family Getaway
Our family had the best time staying here! Everything we needed was on hand and there was plenty of room for everyone. We rented the bunkhouse and it was nice and clean. We will definitely be keeping this home in mind for our next family getaway. Would recommend!

Great place!
We rented this property for our HS girls basketball team so we could attend the ORU Team Camp. We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious for 15 girls and 2 coaches! The property owners were super friendly and responded to any questions we had! We would definitely stay again in the future!!!

Family Wedding stay
Such a nice place to hang out at over a couple of nights. The only thing we had an issue with was the fact there were NO dish towels/cloths and not wash rags in the bathrooms either. Finally went and bought our own. Washer didn't work for a bit and maintenance was sent promptly to fix it. Would stay again :)

Relaxing and fun weekend!
The house is large with lots of space that met our needs. We loved walking on the trail on the property. A couple of the women weren’t able to go on the trail because there is a gravel incline but that was okay they just walked in the neighborhood and loved it. The den was great with Ms. Pac-Man, Foosball and a pool table. We used the TV to watch the last OU/OSU bedlam and game and YouTube worship videos in our worship time. The table was great and we just added a table to the end so we could all sit and together cause we had 14. We loved the swing in the backyard and sitting out on the patio. The fire-pit was great with a view of the stars. We really enjoyed our time together!

Absolutely Fantastic
The home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is lovely and although the weather was quite hot we got out in the evening to play in the back. I would be hard pressed to find anything negative about this vacation home or its owners. Everything was absolutely fantastic.

Great for a small retreat group
We had a small group of colleagues and friends who gathered for an annual retreat and this house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space to gather for conversation both in and outdoors. A large kitchen and enough bathrooms and sleeping spaces that we were not on top of each other. An absolute delight of a home.

Great space for a large group!
This was a great space for our group. We really enjoyed the lovely outdoor space where kids can run around and even explore the creek behind the house. The house itself was well maintained and very clean. We made several meals in the kitchen and loved that we could eat inside or outside. The kitchen was not stocked with any kid friendly plates and cups (all were ceramic or glass) so I would recommend taking some if traveling with kids. There also weren’t any dish towels or wash cloths in the house which we thought was a little odd. Other than that, it was a perfect space for our group!

Communication is key
Communication is key and fixes issues always. This place was perfect for our event. Located easily to anything you may need within minutes. Large, comfortable. I’ve never been to Oklahoma before, but if I do I hope this property is available again. Was a hit for our sons birthday wedding week, his buddies and our grandson. Something to do for everyone. The host was prompt with any issue/question. We resolved what could have been a large issue ruining our rehearsal dinner event for 40 people within minutes easily and I was very grateful for that considering what was a stressful week leading up to our stay it was. Wonderful Home I would recommend it to anyone, small or Large group.

Perfect for a family!
We loved this rental! We’ve rented every summer for our large family and everyone kept saying this was their favorite house so far! This rental had plenty of beds and multiple areas for everyone to hang out. We also thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and the location of the property! Would definitely rent this home again!

Misleading stay
Well I for one may have had the incorrect understanding of the property. The bedroom count is misleading, there was only 3 bedrooms and everything else was a loft or a room we saw that was used as storage with surplus chairs that had 4 beds shoved into. We were charged a cleaning fee and the property was not fully cleaned and we made effort to clean up the property the when we had to throw away someone else’s trash to only find out trash bins were full and unable to be used. Furthermore the property manager agreed to have someone come the next day to resolved but never showed.

Sweet 16
Dawn is an amazing host. I originally tried to book on another platform and had a difficult time. Dawn was always available to jump in and help. Thankful for VRBO and Dawn my son had an amazing Sweet 16 Birthday with family and friends. I highly recommend taking advantage of the fire pit and backyard area as it is beautiful and peaceful. The sleeping accommodations were also great. The kids loved the upstairs area and loft.
