These bungalows are located in the large perfectly maintained park of the Residence Renaione, with a large swimming pool (open from 01.06 to 30.09), immersed in the wild and splendid Mediterranean landscape of Punta Ala, just 300 meters from the sea and the beaches.

The bungalows are all finely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Some details may vary according to the taste of the owner, but the internal equipment is the same in all the three-room apartments. All have a sheltered private porch equipped with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the view of the garden and the Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds them, immersed in the quiet.

They have a private parking on the road that runs alongside the residence, which is no more than 200 meters away.

You enter the bungalow directly in the living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, table, chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (which can become double if necessary) and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub/shower.

The large swimming pool is located in the heart of the Residence and can be easily reached from all the bungalows. If, on the other hand, you prefer to spend the day at the beach (300 meters away), a pedestrian path in the middle of the pine forest leads to the beaches. Here you will find small bays, free public beaches and bathing establishments.

Do not forget, however, that you are in Punta Ala, one of the best known places in the Tuscan Maremma and well equipped for those who want to have fun and practice all kind of sports.
Near the residence you can play golf at the 'Punta Ala Golf Club', play tennis, attend a sailing school, find a diving center ... everything you need for an unforgettable holiday!

The residence, from 1st June to 30th September, offers its guests a reception, a bar with cold snacks, a relaxation area with free WiFi and a TV room.

However, at a very short distance, you will find everything you need (bar, bakery, supermarket, etc ..)

These cozy bungalows are ideal for two couples or a family looking for a relaxing holiday near the sea, but with all the comforts that a privileged location like Punta Ala offers.

And if you want to take advantage of its central location for sightseeing or excursions, there is a large choice: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri, the seaside towns of Castiglione della Pescaia, Porto Santo Stefano, Punta Ala, the wonderful historic towns of the Maremma like Pitigliano, Sovana, Manciano, the thermal baths of Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano .... and much more!
