The villa is composed of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, of which, one double bedroom, with bathroom and shower, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, one twin bedroom and another bathroom with shower.
Sober and relaxing furniture . The portico in front of the villa is equipped with a kitchen, sink and barbeque, with a big table and chairs to share lunch and dinner with a suggestive view of the pool and landscape. Solarium with sunlounges to sunbathe.

Surely a must-see are the SASSI DI MATERA, ancient houses built in the rocks, where a lot of directors have chosen this town to shoot important films such as The Passion of Christ. Matera has been nominated the Capital of Culture by the Unesco.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).
