"Great price for such a clean, well kept motel! We were pleasantly surprised as we travel alot and usually stay at fancier hotels but I could not see the difference between this place and a Best Western Plus or Comfort Inn& Suites. Save some money and park outside your door!"

"The place is well located to all areas of Venice. The home is much homier and accommodating than expected. Pool area is great and relaxing especially after a long day out or from beach. Patrick responds very quickly when needed. "

"We enjoyed staying here and found everything to be as pictured. The house is clean and comfortable. We only had a few issues…trying to open and close the slider door. It is a bear to use! Also, the pool screen had a rip so the mosquitoes were quite bad the first night but management was quick to get it fixed so that the rest of the stay was much better. Some reviews mentioned the airplane traffic - we did not notice this or did not find this to be a problem. For the price this place can’t be beat. The location was central to a lot of places we were going to."

"We had a great stay. Showed up right before tropical storm Debby. On Sunday Nick the owner texted us to be sure we were safe and everything with the house was ok. Thought that was incredibly thoughtful. And the following day he stopped by and cleaned up all the debris the storm left behind. House was very clean and updated . The outside pool area was a lot of fun. Pool was clean and heated. I would definitely stay again and hope to very soon"
