The beautiful setting, close to events in Stevenson, WA and to the Columbia River. Great breakfast in adjacent restaurant. Wonderful fresh ground coffee in the lobby. Warm indoor pool and hot tub. Lovely clean rooms with excellent housekeeping. Thoughtful amenities like earplugs! Extra quality toiletries. Nice linens. All lodging places in this picturesque little Gorge town are near the railroad tracks, so there will be some noise from the trains. If you are sensitive to this, request a room on the parking lot side and use the complimentary earplugs provided in the room.

Wonderful but very busy train tracks..
We loved the location and the establishment was great. However, if someone has a hard time sleeping with trains being very close to the hotel they might not want to stay here. The trains pass within a stones throw of the river side of the building. I should have not payed the extra for a river front view and saved me some shut eye.

For a building that sits right next to a railroad it is remarkably quiet, and does not shake at all. You would never know that trains go by. The view is tremendous.

The front desk person who checked us in was amazing. Orbitz didnt send any information over to this location about my reservation, and i ended up canceling my reservation with orbitz and getting a cheaper rate at this location. I don't think I'll book through Orbitz again because of all the trouble. But major kudos to the front desk agent who assisted me in this whole fiasco. You're the best.

Comfortable hotel with gorgeous view
Plenty of parking close. Warm welcome, comfortable room. This hotel has a swimming pool and spa which guests use and enjoy, while watching the Columbia River outside the patio. Included breakfast at the restaurant next door includes multiple choices, friendly service, and that outstanding view. A very pleasant stay.

Excellent!
We are already planning our next trip back! The room was spacious and the river view amazing! They include breakfast and it’s not pastries and cereal…we had scrambled eggs and veggie sausage and toast and hashbrowns! This was such a great weekend and part of it was because of our stay here! Overnight in Cascade Locks for a special dinner.
We arrived at 2pm. Yes, early on the off chance we could check in early. Room not ready, so we took a 1 hour side trip. Room not ready at 3pm, so we sat in the lobby until 4pm. Front desk said they could not harass the cleaning staff. We were the only guests sitting in the lobby. Just surprised the front desk could not encourage a room cleaning request. We felt pretty unappreciated.
