Very nice 1950's elegance. Great breakfast, very quiet and safe, close to shopping areas and good wifi. Convenient parking and private balcony overlooking the garden sealed the deal.
I think many of the reviews of this hotel are very unfair. I was here for five nights and had a very good experience. But Hey, this is Casablanca so you have to - you must - speak some French and be prepared to get to know how locals do things, like using the petit taxis. All the taxis know the Jardin Murdoch which is just up the road. Casablanca is a bustling, hustling city and Rick is nowhere to be seen, so don't expect Hollywood. This hotel is just fine and all the staff were great to me. I will go back with pleasure.

beautiful trip
owner and staff are very kind...the room is very quiet and clean..
we are very happy to staying in this hotel..Thank you very much to hoel people...
Amazing! I felt that I was in the romantic city of Casablanca as a princess from days gone by. The rooms and the food are amazing. The staff are soooooooooo helpful and will do whatever they can to help you out. It isn't within walking distance to much (that I found) - but there is a fabulous hammam next door! I woke late but the staff organised a late breakfast on the balcony for me - and it was EXQUISITE! I would so definitely stay here again.

lost in casablanca part 2
Very hard to find it. The room had a bad odor but clean. Fast check in and out. Staff very helpful. You can not find it in google maps. It send you to another location, a very bad location. Breakfast very expensive there, but there are several places around the area.

Disappointing
On arrival, we desperately needed to eat and was forced to go to the supermarket because the restraurant would not open (not enough clients they said). Our Taxi Driver had a very hard time to find the place. The Guest Home in it self is quite something though. The room we had was huge and clean with a nice bathroom. They refused to charge the tax fee on our Credit Card and told us the breakfast was extra which suprised us.

A 2 star hotel rated as 5 star
First up..it's not not a hotel it's a villa that has been modified into a money making sort of Inn...only way on transportation is by taxi and no single operator has heard of its name and so it was very difficult to reach to this destination. Hotels.com must change it's rating from 5 star to 2 star as it is highly misleading...not at all worth being rated as 5 star....no complementary tea or coffee or electric kettle was provided that one would expect from even a 3 star hotel.. just above our room they had a kitchen or restaurant that made sleeping in the morning (at 6:30 AM) almost impossible by all sort of disturbing noises, moving furniture, dish washing etc etc... true, balcony opens up into a sort of home lawn that is shared by other inmates staying in the hotel so balcony also was not private. We would stay again in this hotel we strongly recommend to devalue its star rating to 3 star.

I Hoped for Better
Seems to me that they are trying to mke the jump up to the next level of hotel standards and hasn't quite made it yet. The physical setting of the building could allow them to do more than they are doing.

Hotel for one night stayover in Casablanca
Very nice hotel, with restaurant with very fine food, but long way from airport, meaning two expensive trips. The hotel arranged the trips, which was very helpful.
Shabby hotel which might have been nice 40 years ago. Might not as well -- it is hard to tell now. The staff is indeed friendly but this does not compensate. Frankly, we were surprised that the hotel actually made it to the www.hotels.com as it is the first time over all the years that we were so disappointed having used this webpage.

Hotel Riad Jnane Sherazade - Casa Blanca Morroco
This hotel was listed as a 5 Star hotel but was more like a three star Bed and Breakfast. We were unable to see the hotel on the internet as we were without internet service at the airport. It was a last minute reservation as a result of a canceled flight. We were greeted by the night man who did not speak English but only French. Nice guy even though we had some communications challenges. The facility is located in a neighborhood which at 10:30 PM at night was very dark and can be intimidating if you are arriving for the first time. The room were decorated with local decor which was ok but the rugs which were in the room had a pet like odor and the room had a dampness to it. Breakfast is not included and was extra. The dinning room was very interesting and comfortable. The breakfast fare was mainly bread and coffee with assorted jams. Smoking is allowed in the rooms and in the common areas. The owner was pleasant and was happy were able to find our way to his hotel. If a bed and breakfast is what you are looking for and you are packing light and very very casual (shorts and blue jeans) then this might suit your needs. This was not expectation of a 5 Star hotel but it suited our needs for one night.
This was the last hotel my husband and I stayed at on our 6 week trip and we quite disappointed. It was easy to get to from the train station (about $10 in a cab) and we easily arranged for the hotel car to transport us to the airport when we left. The size of the rooms was fine but i was very disappointed with the state our room was in. The tap fell off the wall and the plug was jammed into the bath. Worst of all the toilet was actaully quite dirty - I actually got out my anti-bacterial wipes and gel and cleaned it myself.
The hotel had a resturant and it served authentic meals that were absolutely superb but I cold not recommend staying here after our experience
The hotel's website states that there is free internet service, and the hotel owner assured us that this was the case. However we were charged approximately $30 for usage. The owner was not present during the time of checkout, so we were told we must pay the bill in full. I have emailed the hotel in hopes of settling this matter and have not received any response from them.

Lovely, quiet, residential setting
The hotel was in a quiet, residential area, surrounded by a lovely garden. The room was beautiful, as seen in the website. My only complaint was breakfast. I thought that 120 Dirham (about $15) for coffee and cold scones was a little pricey. I could have walked a few blocks to the Habbous Quarter and had a fabulous breakfast for a fraction of the price. The presentation was lovely, and the staff was very attentive, but I would suggest having breakfast elsewhere.
Hotel was very tranquil with relaxing atmosphere and beautiful garden. Room was one of the cleanest I have stayed in and the food in the restaurant was incredible. Wonderful Moroccan decor. Pricey but nice bit of luxury.

Finger weg!

Eksottinen matka
Hotellissa herttainen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta....vähän turhaan museomainen tyyli hotellissa on...muuten hyvä...rannalle pitkä matka kävely+ ratikka noin tunti...merenrannat kallit
