very nice hotel. but everything is so tiny. the room I booked was the exclusive deluxe and it was so tiny. And THE PAID FOR BREAKFAST OPTIONS WERE JUST PASTRIES, BREAD AND FRUITS. other than that the staff there are amazing and the property is clean and close to everything.

The atmosphere, staff and climate of the hotel was amazing. I was completely comfortable, however the food options at the hotel weren’t that great but they were very accommodating.

Conveniently located. Walking distance to everything. The hotel itself is very well kept. There is construction around the hotel which is very loud so make sure to ask for a room away from the construction! Daily breakfast at the hotel is convenient as well. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

This hotel is incredible!! so close to city center and all main attractions in Cartagena . I one hundred percent recommend it, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast , pool restaurant , carta ajena and rooftop were excellent also so sophisticated.
