Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is so pretty. In a great area within a walking distance to everywhere. The only issue is you can hear everything in the room, next to us there was two drunk girls screaming until 4am. Was kind of hard to rest, other than that, really pretty hotel.

We had a wonderful vacation in beautiful Cartagena, but this would not have been possible at any hotel other than GHL Arsenal. This hotel is the best: the rooms are well maintained, clean, and smell wonderful. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk (8 min) from the walled city, the same for the most attractive part of Getsemaní, and about a 14-minute walk from the marina where the boats depart. The service is excellent from all the staff, who are friendly and courteous. I would like to give a special mention to Pomponio, an extremely kind and helpful gentleman who treated us wonderfully, thank you! Note: The breakfast buffet is out of this world.
