Horrible service , tried coming into room at 7pm asking if room was service . Walk in from sons tournament room was wide open no clean towels junky looking staff . Just horrible couldn’t use key , was told there is something wrong with key card thingy on room door .

Did not seem consistent with a "Quality" Inn brand. Public areas were well maintained - lobby, breakfast room, meeting areas, but bedroom and bathroom needed upgrading. Furnishings were chipped and needed replacement or at least painting. Finishes in bathroom poorly done.

Didn’t stay- Horrible!
We did not stay at hotel after arriving. Given room in far back with woods and parking lot bordering the property. Bugs in sink flying around drain, and throughout room. Woods and property parking lot/sidewalks, Lin front of rooms filthy. Garbage, cigarette butts piled and scattered outside and into woods - everywhere. People loitering around broken down cars. Not safe especially since traveling with 10 year old.
